Trust
Security and your data
Encryption, access control, AI processing, and deletion.
Founders hand Aventro cap tables, financials, and contracts. Here is how that material is protected, in plain language.
The controls
- Evidence is encrypted at rest with a separate key per deal, on top of the storage layer's own encryption.
- Access is private by default and enforced in the database itself with row-level security, not just in application code.
- Files are served only through short-lived signed links issued after a permission check.
- AI processing runs under API terms that exclude training on your data, with request storage disabled on the provider side.
- Sensitive actions like visibility changes, shares, and exports are written to a security audit log.
- Analytics run only with your consent, and the product works the same if you decline.
Deletion
Delete your account and your data goes with it.
The formal version
The complete technical and organizational measures are documented in the Security Overview, alongside the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
