Reports
Reports and sharing
Founder and investor reports, links, PDFs, and privacy.
The report is the product of everything upstream: verified evidence, module scores, flags, and the readiness verdict, assembled into a document both sides can defend.
Two audiences
Founders get a readiness report: what is strong, what is weak, and what to fix before raising. Investors get a decision-support report: the scores, the verified claims, the risks, and the reasoning, with every check cited.
Sharing
Share a report with a public link, or privately with an invite and password. Public links can be revoked at any time, and a sample report shows exactly what a recipient sees. PDF export renders the same report, pixel for pixel.
Freshness
Reports are generated from the deal's current state. When the underlying evidence or scores change, regenerate to bring the document up to date; the verdict shown always derives from the live readiness state.
