Your own IC memo template, filled from the deal, in Word.
Most committees already have a memo format they trust. Aventro fills yours instead of replacing it: upload the template once, and every deal can produce a completed copy in your own layout.
Upload the template
An organization admin uploads the memo or screening form as a Word file in the organization's settings. Aventro detects the slots it can answer from deal data: company facts, round terms, scores, verification results, expected returns.
Fill it from a deal
On any deal, the Documents tab lists your templates. Pick one and Aventro fills the answerable slots from that deal's current state. A Word file goes in, and a Word file comes back, in your format.
The fill report
Every fill comes with a report naming the slots that could not be answered from deal data, rather than guessing at them. An empty slot is a question for the founder; an invented one would be a liability.
