For companies

Answering a fund’s requests, and your own record.

Invited by a fund

When a fund that works in Aventro asks you for something, you answer it in your company workspace. The fund’s plan covers that analysis, so a free account is all it takes.

  • Each request arrives with what it is about and when it is due. You answer with the document or the figure.
  • What the analysis raised on your record is in front of you too, with what would settle it.
  • More than one person from the company can work on the record.
  • You answer and add evidence. How the fund weighs it, its positions, memo, economics and decision, stays with the fund.

Your own record

A founder can also run the same checks on their own company before talking to investors. The Founder Report is bought once, $300, and nothing renews; see pricing. Every claim that could not be verified is named, with the source that was checked.

Privacy

Your own record is private. An investor sees your report only when you share it. When a fund invites you to answer its requests, what you add goes to that fund, on that record.
