The workflow

Monitor

What you decided on, watched after you decide.

A decision freezes what it was made on. After that, Aventro keeps comparing the frozen picture with the record as it is now, every day.

Since you decided

Whatever moves the record (a new document, a company’s answer, a re-run) shows on the opportunity as a change since your decision: the figure then, the figure now. The public registers are checked again too, once per company, and a change there is graded against where your opportunity stands.

When you hear about it

Every change is recorded. The serious ones, high and critical, also send you a notice, once per company even if your fund holds more than one position in it.

The assumptions behind a decision

On Decide, each assumption the decision rested on shows whether it still holds. A person sets its status; Aventro shows what it rests on.

Automatic updates

After a change that needs it, Aventro updates the parts of the analysis it touched once the record has been quiet for a while. Each update uses one assessment from your organization’s plan. An admin can turn this off under Settings, Deal flow.
