How does AI pitch deck screening work for inbound decks?
In Aventro, each fund has its own inbound address: forward a deck to it and, with screening on arrival turned on, the deck is read against your Fund DNA criterion by criterion and given an Aventro score for strength. A deal outside your mandate shows which criterion it missed, an exclusion flags it with the rule it breaches, and the same deck sent twice lands on the company already there.

From inbox to ranked pipeline
Seven steps, each one what the fund should ask of a screening tool, then what Aventro does.
Give the fund one inbound address
Decks reach partners, associates and the general inbox. One address the whole team forwards to means nothing waits in someone’s mail.
In Aventro: Each fund gets its own email address. An admin finds it under Settings, Deal flow, and can rotate it.1
Screen each deck as it arrives
The first read should happen before anyone opens the attachment.
In Aventro: An admin can choose to screen every emailed deck on arrival. Each one uses one screening from your plan, up to a daily cap, and the Fund DNA has to be set first.1
Keep one card per company
The same company arrives from a founder, an intro and a forward. It should still be one record.
In Aventro: Send the same deck twice, or forward it after the founder shared it, and it attaches to the card already there.1
Score fit and strength apart
A strong company outside the mandate is still outside it.
In Aventro: Fund Fit says how well a deal fits your Fund DNA, each criterion met or missed; the Aventro score says how strong the company is.2
Make exclusions stop a deal
A sector you never back should not be a few points off.
In Aventro: A deal that matches an exclusion is flagged with the rule it breaches, and approving one outside the mandate is its own permission.3
Batch the rest
Demo days and accelerator intakes arrive as a pile, not one at a time.
In Aventro: Drop up to forty decks at once. Each is screened from the deck and the public registers, and the batch comes back ranked by Fund Fit, before any founder knows you are looking.4
Invite the founders worth it
Screening decides who gets a closer look. The evidence decides the rest.
In Aventro: Invite founders in bulk. A founder who accepts sees what could not be verified from the deck alone and adds the evidence.4

Aventro vs Startup Due DilQuestions
How many decks can Aventro screen at once?
Up to forty in one drop, as PDF or PowerPoint, back as one ranked table. Every deck emailed to the fund’s inbound address can also be screened as it arrives, up to a daily cap.
What does the screen read a deck against?
Your Fund DNA: the stages, sectors, cheque size, geography and business models you back, the ones you never do, the return a deal has to promise, and how much each part of a company counts. Aventro AI drafts it from what your fund publishes and a person confirms it.
Does screening a batch of decks tell the founders?
A cohort is screened from the decks and the public registers, so it can be ranked before any founder knows you are looking.
Does Aventro make the investment decision?
No. Aventro screens, checks and drafts. A person on your team records the decision, with their own reasons, and Aventro does not give investment advice.
