Everything we can be held to, in one place
Our legal documents, how we handle data, who else touches it, and what our AI does and does not do.
What our AI does, and what it will not be used for
Aventro is decision support for people making investment decisions. That only works if you can tell which part of an answer came from a model and which part came from evidence.
- You are told when you are using AI
- The assistant states that it is an AI assistant and that its answers can be wrong, wherever it appears. Values extracted from your documents by AI say so at the point you review them.
- AI-generated analysis is labelled
- Reports carry the label at the top rather than buried in a legal footer, and every exported PDF is marked in its file metadata so the document itself is identifiable as AI-assisted.
- Not every part of a report is AI
- Each section states how it was produced. Written analysis comes from an AI model. Valuation and returns figures are calculated in code with no model involved. Verification data comes from the underlying evidence and from public registers.
- A person has to review it
- Aventro produces decision support, not decisions. Output requires independent human review before any material decision and may not be used as the sole basis for one.
- What it is not for
- Aventro is not for employment selection, assessing a person’s creditworthiness, insurance underwriting, or determining access to essential services. These limits are in our terms and in our internal AI governance record.
- Your content does not train general models
- We do not authorise our AI providers to train their general models on your content, and provider-side retention is disabled on our API calls.

Versions and dates come from the same source as each published page, so this index cannot drift from what you actually read.
