Our Commitment
Aventro is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our platform.
1.Our Commitment
At Aventro, we believe that everyone should have equal access to information and functionality. We are committed to providing a platform that is accessible to users of all abilities, regardless of their technology or physical capabilities.
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the principle of universal design—creating an experience that works well for everyone, not just users with specific needs.
2.Accessibility Standards
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a framework for making web content more accessible.
The four principles of WCAG guide our approach:
- Perceivable: Information and interface components must be presentable in ways users can perceive
- Operable: Interface components and navigation must be operable by all users
- Understandable: Information and operation of the interface must be understandable
- Robust: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents and assistive technologies

We regularly test with popular screen readers and browser combinations to ensure compatibility. If you experience issues with a specific assistive technology, please let us know.
5.Known Issues
We are aware of certain areas where accessibility improvements are still in progress:
- Some complex interactive charts may have limited screen reader support—we provide alternative text descriptions
- PDF documents uploaded by users may not be accessible if not created with accessibility in mind
- Some third-party integrations may have their own accessibility limitations
We are actively working to address these issues and improve the accessibility of all platform features.
