1. Our Commitment
Aventro Ltd. is committed to making Aventro usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the Service.
2. Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
3. Accessibility Features
- Navigation: keyboard-accessible interactive elements and a logical focus order.
- Visual design: color-contrast targets of at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and support for browser text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Structure: semantic headings and labels to support screen-reader navigation.
- Content: text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where applicable.
4. Assistive Technology Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major assistive technologies, including screen readers (for example NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition tools, used with current browsers.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain, for example:
- some data visualizations and charts have limited screen-reader support and provide data in an alternative form where possible;
- user-uploaded documents (such as PDFs) may not be fully accessible because we do not control their source; and
- some third-party integrated components may not fully conform.
We are working to reduce these.
6. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, contact accessibility@aventro.ai. Please describe the issue and the page or feature involved. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Continuous Improvement
We review accessibility as the Service evolves and incorporate improvements into our ongoing work.
