What shipped

Every change a fund or a founder can see, newest first.

October 2026

  1. Deal flow by amount

See the pipeline by the money in play as well as by count, and bring the cheques you have already written in with your imported deals.

  2. The work queue on one page

Every open check, contradiction and request on a deal in one list, with what would settle each one.

  3. Fund DNA, set up in a conversation

Describe your mandate to Aventro AI and it drafts your Fund DNA: stages, sectors, cheque size, return targets and exclusions, for you to confirm.

  4. Figures said on a call, checked

A figure a founder states on a pitch or call is compared with the deck and the accounts, and a promise to send something becomes a request with its date.

  5. Drop a file into Aventro AI

Drop a deck or a set of accounts into the conversation and it is read into the deal, with a card showing every field it wrote.

  6. Institutional memory

Every decision is kept with its reasons and what happened after, and similar past decisions come back when a new deal arrives.

  7. Public records, one rule

Company registers, patent offices and filings are read the same way across every source, with a register shutdown or a change of status shown on the record.

  8. Aventro is now a workspace

One record from the first deck to the decision: Opportunity, Screen, Diligence, Decision, Monitor and Memory, with Aventro AI across all of them.

September 2026

  1. Updates after a change

When new evidence lands, the assessment updates by itself once the record has been quiet for a while, and a fund can turn this off in Settings.

  2. Tone of the call

Add a pitch or call transcript and Aventro rates the company’s own words, quotes where it hedged, and lists what the fund asked for and what it was promised.
