Information and all outputs made available through the Service are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Aventro Ltd. is not a registered or licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, marketer, or securities exchange funding portal or investment marketplace, or any other regulated or licensed professional advisor. Aventro's outputs are an investment decision support tool; they support, and do not replace, your own judgment, review, decision and professional advice.
2. AI and Automated Analysis Limitations
The Service uses AI and automated processing to generate scores, flags, narratives, and reports. AI Output:
- may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, out of date, biased, misleading, or erroneous or incorrect (including "hallucinated" facts);
- is generated from the information available to it and from third-party sources that we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, timeliness, completeness, legality, reliability, or accuracy; and
- is not a substitute for independent human verification, review, and professional judgment.
You must apply human review and independently verify any material fact before relying on it.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
All information and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, quality, security or error-free. We do not warrant any particular result, score, valuation, or outcome.
4. Exit & Returns Projections and Indicative Deal Terms
4.1 Where enabled, the Service presents Exit & Returns analysis (for example scenario tables, multiples such as MOIC, probability-weighted outcomes, and "return-the-fund" thresholds) and may present indicative deal-structure material (for example suggested check size, valuation ranges, or security type) within an investor/IC report.
4.2 These are illustrative, model-based estimates built on cited population base rates and your inputs. They are not forecasts, guarantees, or predictions of actual results, not valuations, appraisal or fairness opinion and not a recommendation of any specific terms, or other professional opinion or assurance. Actual outcomes depend on many factors and will differ, potentially materially. Any deal-structure material is a starting point for your own analysis and negotiation, not advice.
4.3 Where the Service presents scores, ratings, readiness assessments, categorizations, rankings, indicators, or similar outputs, such outputs are provided solely for informational and decision-support purposes and do not constitute a statement of fact, an investment rating, a credit rating, a fairness opinion, a valuation opinion, or a professional assessment.
5. User Responsibility
Founders are responsible for the accuracy of the information and evidence they submit.
Analysts / Investors are responsible for their own diligence and decisions, for independently verifying information, and - where they create profiles about third parties - for having a legitimate business purpose and a lawful basis (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
All decisions made in connection with any company, investment opportunity, transaction, or other matter remain solely your responsibility.
6. Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, marketing, data-protection, and confidentiality laws, and for not misusing material non-public information. Aventro does not verify your regulatory status or eligibility to invest. Aventro also does not verify your authority, investor qualification, or compliance with any legal or regulatory regime applicable to your use of the Service.
7. Third-Party Data Sources
The Service cross-references public and third-party sources, which may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. These include, for example, LinkedIn (where connected), Crunchbase (where enabled), USPTO and EPO/Espacenet patent registers, SEC EDGAR, OpenCorporates, GitHub, Semantic Scholar, and domain records. Cross-referencing is not as legal, factual, financial, technical, or regulatory certification or assurance. Where banking-data verification is offered, it is provided via a third-party aggregator only where you connect it. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
8. Investment Risk Disclosure
Investing in startups and early-stage companies is highly speculative and involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment. Past performance, historical data, comparative benchmarks, and base rates are not indicative of future results. Any investment decision should be made only after independent review and consultation with appropriate professional advisors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventro Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on the Service or its outputs, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This is subject to the limitations and exclusions in the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
