Uploading evidence

Evidence is the raw material for everything Aventro does. Uploads land in your deal's evidence vault, organized by category.

What you can upload

• Pitch decks and one-pagers
• Financial statements and projections
• Cap tables
• Patent filings and IP documents
• Team documents and resumes
• Contracts and legal documents

Supported formats are PDF, images, Excel, Word, and CSV, up to 50MB per file. Scanned documents work too; Aventro transcribes them before analysis.

What happens after upload

Each document is read and verified automatically. Aventro extracts the claims it contains, checks them where an independent source exists, and marks the document verified or flagged with a note explaining why. You can re-run verification after replacing a file.

Where your files live

Evidence is stored encrypted at rest with a separate key per deal, and downloads go through short-lived signed links, never public URLs. The full picture is in Security and your data.
