The assistant

The assistant is a chat over every deal you can reach. Ask which deals still carry unresolved red flags, search founders across the portfolio, or ask what changed since last quarter, and the answer names the deals and the evidence it drew on.

Scope

It reads exactly what you can read: your deals, your organization's deals where you have access, and nothing else. Access control is enforced below the assistant, not by it — see Security and your data.

It acts, with your confirmation

Beyond answering, the assistant can open an evidence request to a founder or run a what-if simulation on a deal, from the same conversation. Actions are shown before they run; nothing is sent on your behalf silently.

Limits

Assistant usage is metered by plan. Answers cite the deals they came from, and an answer it cannot ground in your deals is declined rather than improvised.
