How scoring works

The readiness score is not a vibe. It is a weighted roll-up of scored modules, each with criteria you can read.

Modules and rubrics

Analysis scores the deal across modules covering team, traction, financials, market, IP, integrity, and risk. Each module scores against a rubric of sub-factors, and each sub-factor is tied to the evidence that supports it. No evidence, no credit; verified evidence moves the number.

Readiness states

The overall result maps to a readiness verdict: Meets Readiness Criteria, Proceed with Considerations, or Does Not Meet Criteria. These are decision-support labels, not investment advice, and the report explains exactly which factors produced them.

Moving the score

The report lists what is holding the score back. Upload the missing evidence, resolve the flags, re-run the analysis, and the score reflects it. To preview the effect before doing the work, use What-If simulations.
