Communications are considered received when they are sent to your registered email address or made available on the platform, regardless of whether you actually view them.

4.Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and retain electronic communications, you will need:

  • A current web browser that supports TLS encryption (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • An active email account capable of receiving emails
  • Sufficient storage space to save or print communications
  • A printer or the ability to download files (if you wish to retain paper copies)

Keep Your Software Updated

For security and compatibility, we recommend using the latest version of your browser and keeping your device's operating system up to date.

5.Managing Your Preferences

You can manage your communication preferences in several ways:

  • Account Settings: Adjust notification preferences in your Aventro account settings
  • Unsubscribe Links: Click the unsubscribe link in marketing emails
  • Contact Us: Email support@aventro.ai with your preferences

Changes to your preferences may take up to 48 hours to take effect. During this time, you may still receive communications that were already scheduled.

7.Requesting Paper Copies

If you need a paper copy of any electronic communication, you may:

  • Print the communication from your email or the platform
  • Download and print documents from your account
  • Request a paper copy by contacting support@aventro.ai

We will provide paper copies free of charge for legal notices and account statements. For other materials, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover printing and postage.

8.Updates to Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current. If your email address changes:

  • Update your email in account settings immediately
  • Or contact us at support@aventro.ai to update your records

Keep Us Updated

If we cannot reach you due to outdated contact information, we may suspend your account until we can verify your identity and update your details.
